Pro-Tips

Customize activity types to match your church’s specific service structure — rename “Sermon” to “Message” or “Homily” if that is your tradition.
Add custom field schemas to activity types for structured data capture (e.g., a “Scripture Reference” field on the “Bible Reading” activity type).
Review team roles quarterly — deactivate roles no longer needed and add new ones as your ministry grows.
