Integration with AdoraCare

AdoraCounsel integrates with AdoraCare in two directions:

Care → Counsel

Care requests with category “Counseling” show a Create Counsel Case action. The member is automatically linked as a counselee and the care request context pre-fills the case title.

Counsel → Care

When closing a case, you can optionally create a pastoral note in AdoraCare. The note is marked as confidential with the “counseling” category. Counseling history appears on the member’s Care tab in AdoraCare.

Intake → Member Linking

When intake form submissions match an existing AdoraCare member by email, the counselee is automatically linked to that member record — no duplicate data entry needed.
Counseling data is highly sensitive. Only assigned counselors and tenant admins can access case and session data. The counseling history shown on member profiles only reveals metadata (status, dates), not session content.
