The Reports module provides data-driven insights into your worship ministry. Track song usage frequency to keep your repertoire fresh, analyze volunteer serving loads to prevent burnout, and monitor service trends over time.

Quick Start

  1. Navigate to Reports in the sidebar.
  2. The Song Usage tab opens by default, showing usage frequency and last-played dates.
  3. Switch to the Volunteer Activity tab to review serving loads across your team.

Review Song Usage

Open Song Usage

Go to Reports and open the Song Usage tab.

Review the Table

View all songs sorted by usage frequency. Check the Last Played column to identify songs not used recently.

Visualize with the Chart

Use the frequency chart to visualize usage distribution across your library.

Drill Into a Song

Click any song title to open its detail page in the Hymn Library.

Analyze Volunteer Activity

Open Volunteer Activity

Switch to the Volunteer Activity tab.

Review Serving Loads

View each collaborator’s total assignments over a selected time period (30/60/90 days).

Identify Imbalances

Compare serving loads across team members to identify imbalances.

Drill Into a Profile

Click any collaborator name to open their profile in People.

  1. Switch to the Service Trends tab.
  2. View the number of programs created per month over time.
  3. Identify seasonal patterns (e.g., increased services during Advent and Easter).

Pro-Tips

Use Song Usage to identify songs that haven’t been sung in 4+ weeks — rotate them back into upcoming programs for repertoire freshness.
Review Volunteer Activity monthly to ensure equitable scheduling. If one person is serving 3× more than others, redistribute assignments.
Export reports for leadership meetings or elder board presentations by using your browser’s print function on the Reports page.
