AdoraPlan keeps your team informed with timely notifications — roster invitations, program updates, service reminders, and weekly digests. Configure delivery channels and toggle individual notification types to match your preferences.

Quick Start

  1. Click the bell icon in the top navigation bar to view unread notifications.
  2. Click a notification to view details or navigate to the related item.
  3. Go to Settings > Notifications to customize your preferences.

View Notification History

Open the Bell

Click the bell icon in the header. Unread notifications appear with a highlighted background.

View All

Click View All to open the full notification history page, sorted by date.

Mark as Read

Click any notification to mark it as read and navigate to the related item (a program, roster assignment, etc.).

Configure Notification Preferences

Open Preferences

Navigate to Settings > Notifications (or click the gear icon in the notification dropdown).

Set Delivery Channels

Toggle In-App and Email delivery globally.

Toggle Individual Types

Enable or disable specific notification types (see table below).

Save

Click Save Preferences.

Pro-Tips

Keep Service Reminders enabled — the automatic 24-hour advance notice is the single most effective way to reduce no-shows.
Disable the Weekly Digest if you check the Dashboard daily — it reduces email noise without losing visibility.
Enable Roster Invitations via email so volunteers who don’t log in regularly still get notified promptly.
