The large card at the top shows your nearest upcoming program with:- Service date and time
- Service type name
- Staffing status (how many roster slots are filled)
- A direct Edit Program link
Metrics Cards
Three key numbers at a glance:| Card | What It Shows |

Song Rotation Health
Shows which songs are overused (played in the last 2 weeks) and which are stale (not played in 60+ days). Use this to maintain a healthy rotation.Team Roster Status
Lists upcoming programs with their staffing status — fully staffed, needs attention, or critical (missing key roles).Quick Actions

Interpret Dashboard Metrics
- Navigate to the Dashboard from the sidebar.
- Review the three metric cards on the right side.
- Check Song Rotation Health to identify songs that are overused or neglected.
- Review Team Roster Status to see upcoming staffing gaps.
Use Quick Actions
- Locate the Quick Actions grid below the Next Service Hero.
- Click Create Service to open the Program creation wizard.
- Click Add Hymn to navigate to the song library.
