Life Events let you document the significant moments in your members’ lives. Track baptisms, weddings, births, bereavements, anniversaries, and custom milestones. Events are linked to member and family profiles for a complete pastoral picture.

Quick Start

  1. Open a member profile.
  2. Go to the Life Events tab.
  3. Click Add Life Event and select the type, date, and details.

Event Types

Default event types (customizable in Settings):

Administrators can add custom event types from Settings → Catalogs → Life Event Types.

How-to Guide

Record a Life Event

Open Member Profile

Navigate to the member who experienced the event.

Go to Life Events Tab

Click the Life Events tab.

Add Event

Select the event type, enter the date, add a description, and optionally note the officiant.

Link to Family

If it’s a family event (wedding, birth), it automatically appears on the family profile too.

Discipleship Milestones

Life events can trigger discipleship milestones — automated next-step suggestions. For example, after a baptism, the system can suggest enrolling the member in a new believers’ fellowship.

Pro Tips

Use life events to generate anniversary reminders — send a card or acknowledgment on baptism anniversaries and wedding anniversaries.
