Quick Start
- Navigate to Care Requests in the sidebar.
- Click New Request and fill in the title, description, and urgency.
- Link the request to a member or family.
- Assign it to a pastoral team member.
Request Fields
| Field | Description |

| Title | Short summary of the need |

| Status | Open → In Progress → Resolved → Closed |
| Urgency | Low, Medium, High, Critical |
| Category | Customizable (e.g., Hospital, Bereavement, Financial, Counseling) |
| Assigned to | The staff member responsible |
| Member / Family | Who the request is for |
| Resolution notes | What was done and the outcome |

Create a Request
Resolve a Request
- Open the request and update the status to Resolved.
- Add resolution notes describing the outcome.
- The resolved date is recorded automatically.
Custom Categories
Administrators can customize care categories from Settings → Catalogs → Care Categories. Add, rename, reorder, or deactivate categories to match your church’s care vocabulary.Pro Tips
