Quick Start
- Open a case and click New Session.
- Optionally schedule a date and time.
- Click into the session to open the Session Desk.
- Write notes using the rich text editor.
- Notes auto-save every 30 seconds.

The Reference Panel’s Life Summary tab pulls data from AdoraCare when the counselee is linked to a member, giving you pastoral context without leaving the session.
Homework Builder
Based on ACBC best practices, the homework system supports six spiritual discipline types:| Type | Icon | Purpose |

Finish Flow
When a session is complete, use the Finish menu to wrap up:- Review Homework — Mark previous homework as complete or carry forward
- Schedule Next Session — Set the date/time for the next session
- Mark Complete — Finalize the session and lock it in read-only mode
Session Navigation
Use the toolbar arrows to navigate between sibling sessions within the same case. Each arrow shows a tooltip with the target session’s date and status. Notes auto-save when navigating between sessions.Scripture Search
Search Bible references (e.g., “John 3:16”, “Psalm 1”) using the bible-api.com API. Results can be:- Inserted in Notes — Added as a styled blockquote in the editor
- Added as Reading Homework — Creates a scripture reading assignment
- Added as Memorization Homework — Creates a memorization assignment
Session Statuses
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Scheduled | Session has a future date/time |
| In Progress | Session is currently happening |
| Completed | Session finished normally |
| Cancelled | Session was cancelled |
| No Show | Counselee did not attend |
