Agenda Views
Weekly View
The default view shows a full week with sessions listed per day. Each session row displays:- Counselee name and session number
- Scheduled time
- Current status badge
- Color-coded availability border
Daily View
Click a day to drill into the daily view with expanded session details and the ability to manage individual sessions.Session Management
Quick Actions
Each session row has an action menu (⋮) with:| Action | Description |
|---|---|
| Open Session | Navigate to the Session Desk |
| Reschedule | Change the session date/time |
| Cancel | Mark as cancelled |
| No Show | Mark as no-show when counselee doesn’t attend |
Visual Status Indicators
Sessions are visually distinguished by their status:| Status | Visual Treatment |
|---|---|
| Scheduled / In Progress | Normal opacity, full color |
| Completed | Muted opacity (60%) |
| Cancelled | Muted opacity + strikethrough text |
| No Show | Muted opacity + strikethrough text |
Availability Management
Availability is displayed as color-coded borders on each day in the Agenda:| Border Color | Meaning |
|---|---|
| 🟢 Green | Available — has open time slots |
| 🔴 Red | Unavailable — blocked or full |
| 🟠 Orange | Override — custom hours for that specific date |
Recurring Weekly Slots
Set your default weekly availability:Date-Specific Overrides
For individual date adjustments (vacation, special hours):Choose Override Type
Mark the day as Unavailable, or set Custom Hours with specific start/end times.
Navigation
Use the toolbar arrows to navigate between weeks. Each arrow shows a tooltip with the target date range for quick orientation.Related Guides
