How to Use These Docs
If you’re brand new
Start with Quick Start — you’ll have your church set up, your first songs added, and your first service planned in under 5 minutes. Then follow the Onboarding Guide to walk through inviting your team and filling out your organization structure.If you’re looking for a specific feature

A Few Things Worth Knowing Upfront
Your data is always yours. Songs, programs, and team records belong to your organization. If you ever downgrade, your data is preserved — access is limited by plan, but nothing is deleted. CCLI licensing is your responsibility. AdoraPlan is a planning tool, not a licensing service. The community hymnary contains public domain hymns you can use freely. For copyrighted songs, make sure you hold the appropriate CCLI or equivalent license. Learn more → Invited team members skip the setup wizard.
